Abstract
The present Regulation lays down rules on further delegation of regulatory authority from the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Fisheries and Ministry of Health, to the Norwegian Food Safety Authority (Mattilsynet), and provides a general instruction regarding Mattilsynet's regulatory work. The regulatory authority of these Ministries under the Food Act that is given to the Norwegian Food Safety Authority is described in detail.
