Regulation No. 902 on management of household waste, municipal Rygge, stfold.

The Regulation s purpose is to ensure appropriate, environmentally and hygienically proper storage, collection and transportation of privately-produced waste which promotes recycling and recovery in Rygge municipality. Size and amount/quantity of waste shall be decided by the municipal authorities and managed into a collection schedule. The municipality shall provide for the collection of household waste and assumes ownership thereof when collected by a waste collection vehicle. The municipality authorize any local collection of household waste and shall provide procurement, supply, maintenance and renewal of accumulation units, with the exception of buried collection units established before the entry into force of this Regulation.
