Abstract
The Decree here implemented, provides for loans, guarantees and subsidies of the development fund SND, counties and municipalities to the fisheries fleet, fisheries industry and other related activities and participation by SND in the capital of companies working in the sector. The Department of Fisheries may issue directions relative to fisheries policy (sect. 3). The Directions here contained regard the following matters: Use of financial means; Fisheries policy instructions; Necessary permits for the fisheries and marine industries; Fisheries fleet: Development of industry and exportation; Mariculture; Procedures and the assistance of the regional fisheries chief.
