Abstract
This Act makes provision for the establishment, registration, operation and management of cooperative associations or societies in Nepal.
The Act provides for: members of cooperative associations or societies; operations of cooperatives; cooperatives’ financial sources; the unification or division of cooperative associations or societies; penalties; etc.
