Drugs Advisory Council and Drugs Advisory Committee Formation Rules, 2037 (1970).

These Rules are framed in exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Drugs Act, 2035 (1978). Rule 3 provides for the composition of Drugs Advisory Council and Rule 4 lays down its functions, duties and powers. Rule 5 forms the Drugs Advisory Committee and Rule 6 lays down its functions, duties and powers. Rule 7 provides for the meetings, decision and procedure of the Council and Committee.
