Forest Engineering Rules, 2020 (1963).

These Rules are framed in exercise of the power conferred by section 2 of the Administrative Procedure (Regulating) Act, 2013 (1956). Rule 2 lays down the definition of Function relating to forest development and includes the various activities that are covered by this function. Rule 3 provides for budget estimates allowed for construction of building by a ranger or conservator and other forest development work. Rule 4 contains the list of officials who shall check and approve the function.
