Government of Nepal (Allocation of Business) Rules, 2064 (2008).

These Rules provide for the Ministries of the Government of Nepal and allocation of business of the respective Ministries. Rule 3 read with Schedule-1 to the Rules lay down the Ministries of the Government of Nepal. Rule 5 read with Schedule-2 contains the allocation of business to be performed by each Ministry. The Rules permit changes to the Schedule if necessary.
