Management Plan for Api Nampa Conservation Area, Darchula (2015-2019).

Api Nampa Conservation Area (ANCA) is the youngest conservation area of Nepal established in 2010. This Management Plan for Api Nampa Conservation Area, Darchula (2015-2019) sets out the the Vision as: conserved bio-diversity and improved livelihood of local communities.
Thematic areas recognized in the management plan include: natural resources management (including pastureland/rangeland management and forest management), species conservation program, rural development, livelihood improvement program, promotion of heritage/cultural tourism, climate change and disaster risk reduction program, conservation education and public awareness, etc.
