Abstract
The Act concerns the establishment of the National Trust for Nature Conservation for the purpose of conserving and managing nature and natural resources. It establishes the legal status of said authority, the formation of the board of trustees and the rules of procedure. It states also the powers and the duties of the Trust pertaining to the conservation, management and enhancement of wildlife, the development of national parks and reserves, the undertaking of scientific studies on, and research in, wildlife and other natural resources.
