Abstract
The Regulation provides for the setting up of authorized slaughterhouse for cattle (goats, sheep, and buffaloes), poultry and swine, the ante- and post-mortem examination by the Meat Inspector, the management of slaughterhouses by the Mean Supervisor: no adulterated meat shall be put on sale and no unlicensed slaughterhouse shall butcher animals and sell their meat.
