Fisheries (PNA Third Implementing Arrangement) (Amendment) Regulations 2010.

These Regulations amend the Fisheries (PNA Third Implementing Arrangement) Regulations 2009 by: omitting in regulation 4 the definitions of ‘the Act’ and ‘Minister’; inserting a note at the end of regulation 5; repealing Part III (offences); repeal and replacing of Schedule 2; inserting a new regulation (6A). Regulation 6A concerns the protection of whale sharks from purse seining operations. New Schedule 2 contains the Third Arrangement Implementing The Nauru Agreement Setting Forth Additional Terms and Conditions of Access to the Fisheries Zones of the Parties.
