Abstract
These Regulations give legislative effect to paragraphs 11-14 of Conservation and Management Measure 2008-01 of the Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission. The Regulations concern, among other things: additional conditions for fishing licences; prohibition of use of fish aggregating devices; and requirements for the use of observers.
