Nauru Economic and Climate Resilience Citizenship Act 2024 (No. 15 of 2024).

The Act provides that a person can obtain economic and climate resilience citizenship of the Republic of Nauru if they have made, or plan to make, a substantial contribution to the social, economic, industrial, commercial, climate protection or improvement, or any other form of development or benefit, either within or outside the Republic. The Act consists of 30 Articles and provides for application procedure, Nauru economic and climate resilience citizenship program, agents, certificate and oath of citizenship, renunciation or loss of citizenship, and registrar of citizenship.
