Statute Law Revision Act 2011 - Part WI of Schedule 1 – Amendment of the Wild Birds Preservation Ordinance 1937-1967 (No. 8 of 2011).

This Part of the Statute Law Revision Act 2011 amends the Wild Birds Preservation Ordinance 1937-1967 by changing its title in Wild Birds Protection Act 1937 and by making consequential amendments. It also amends section 5 by replacing "Administrator" with "Minister" and makes a minor amendment to section 7. These sections prescribe penalties for specified offences.
