Agreement between the Government of the Cook Islands and the Government of Niue concerning the delimitation of the maritime boundary between the Cook Islands and Niue.

This Agreement establishes the boundary of the exclusive economic zones and continental shelves of the Cook Islands and Niue where those maritime zone overlap. It also makes provision for consultation regarding exploitation of natural resources. The boundary shall be in general a line of equidistance and be specified geographical coordinates west of the Southern Cook Islands and east of Niue.
