Ozone Layer Protection Regulations 2007 (No. 8 of 2007).

These Regulations: (a) implement Niue's obligations under the Vienna Convention and the Montreal Protocol; (b) provide controls on the import or use of ozone depleting substances; and (c) establish a system for the application and granting of permits.
