Abstract
These Regulations, made pursuant to section 3 of the Public Emergency Act 1979, specify powers of the Cabinet of Ministers in case of a public emergency and provide in general for the management of such event. The Cabinet may, among other things, secure and regulate the supply and distribution of food and water.
