Abstract
This Agreement establishes the boundary of the maritime areas of the Cook Islands and Tokelau where those maritime zones overlap. The boundary shall be in general a line of equidistance and is specified in geographical coordinates. If it should become necessary to extend the boundary line for purposes of delimitation of the Continental Shelf of both countries, this shall be done in accordance with international law.
