Abstract
This Agreement between Kiribati and New Zealand establishes the boundary of the maritime areas of the Kiribati and Tokelau where those maritime zones overlap. The boundary shall be in general a line of equidistance and is specified in geographical coordinates. If it should become necessary to extend the boundary line for purposes of delimitation of the Continental Shelf adjacent to Tokelau and Kiribati, this shall be done in accordance with international law.
