Abstract
These Regulations amend the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2002.
The Regulations substitute the Schedule with a new schedule prescribing new fees and charges payable in respect of matters under the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997. Regulation 4(3) is also amended by changing the date by which an annual fee or charge is to be paid.
