Abstract
These Regulations amend the Animal Products (Fees, Charges, and Levies) Regulations 2007.
Schedule 1 is amended by revoking 2 paragraphs in the definition of appropriate percentage in Part 6; and substituting a new Part 7, which specifies verification charges.
Schedule 2 is amended by: revoking clause 2 and substituting it with a new clause providing for annual levies for fish; revoking clause 4 that prescribed monthly levies for fishing vessels; and substituting clause 5(a) with a new clause on annual levy for bee products.
