Abstract
These Regulations amend the Animal Products (Fees, Charges, and Levies) Regulations, 2007.
The amendments include: the addition of two new items to Part 1 of Schedule 1, which sets out fees payable in respect of approvals, accreditations, and registrations under the principal Act; the substitution of the charges in Part 7 of Schedule 1 with new ones, which relate to New Zealand Food Safety Authority verification charges; and the increase of the levies for operators that operate where animals are slaughtered and dressed.
