Abstract
These Regulations relate to animal welfare export certificates.
Regulations provide for: fees payable in respect of an application for an animal welfare export certificate; the costs that may be recovered from the applicant in respect of the services provided by any veterinarian employed by the Ministry; hourly rates; powers of the Director-General to waive the whole or part of the costs in certain circumstances; etc.
