Biosecurity Amendment Act 2015.

This Act amends Sections 24E; 110; 142A, 142C and 161 of the Biosecurity Act, 1993. Amendments deal with the following aspects: Section 24E: (Meaning of craft risk management standard); Section 110 amended (Warrant to inspect dwellinghouse, marae, etc.); Section 142A amended (Establishment); Section 142A(5)(a), replace “in the public domain” with “that is publicly available, as defined in section 142C(7)”. Section 142C amended (Access, use, or disclosure); and Section 161 amended (Evidence in proceedings).
