Abstract
These Regulations prescribe the fees or charges payable by a person who has made an application for an emissions ruling under section 107 of the Act to enable the recovery of all or part of the direct and indirect costs of the chief executive in receiving and processing the application. The text consists of 11 Articles and provides for minimisation of charges, time of payment of fees, exemptions, and reimbursement of costs.
