Climate Change Response (Infringement Offences) Regulations 2021.

These regulations prescribe certain obligations in relation to the New Zealand emissions trading scheme and the synthetic greenhouse gas levy. They also provide that a contravention of those obligations is an infringement offence, specifying the associated infringement fee and maximum fine for those offences. Part 2 prescribes the forms to be used for infringement notices and reminder notices.
