Abstract
These Regulations amend the Climate Change (Unique Emissions Factors) Regulations, 2009.
Amendments include: insertion of new definitions to regulation 3; insertion of new provisions to regulations 4 and 5 and the insertion of new regulations 6A and 23A to 23D on activities related to the operation of disposal facilities; and the insertion of new Schedules 2 and 3.
