Abstract
These Regulations establish how and when information must be disclosed and not disclosed for certain types of food. The types of food that are object of these regulations are as follows: cured pork and food that (i) is only 1 type of fruit or vegetable, fish or seafood, or meat; and (ii) is fresh, or is frozen or thawed (but would otherwise be fresh); and (iii) is no more than minimally processed. The Regulations also provide further information on the meaning of fresh and processed.
