Abstract
These Regulations establish a safety zone around the floating production, storage, and offloading installation Umuroa moored in the Tui Area Development in the offshore Taranaki Basin.
The Regulations prohibit the entry of ships into the safety zone, except to secure a ship’s safety in an emergency, to save, or prevent danger to, human life or a ship in distress or if the entry is compelled by an event or circumstance beyond the control of a person in charge of a ship.
