Abstract
This order appoints 1 August 2016 as a date on which the interim arrangements for information sharing for Joint Border Management expire. Those interim arrangements are the arrangements under all or any of the following:
(a) sections 282E to 282H (and any agreements under section 282H) of the Customs and Excise Act 1996 (the Act); and
(b) sections 41B to 41E (and any agreements under section 41E) of the Biosecurity Act 1993.
