Abstract
These Regulations amend the Dairy Industry (Fees) Regulations, 2000.
Amendments shall include: insertion of a new regulation 2A containing new definitions; and substitution of the Schedule with a new Schedule on fees payable under the Dairy Industry Act.
Amendments have also been made to the Dairy Industry (IMA Certification) Regulations, 2000 by revoking regulation 19 and the Schedule.
