A definition of 'Beach cast seaweed' is inserted in section 2. Section 63 of the principal Act, relative to granting of fishing permits is almost completely rewritten by this Act. The new section 63A concerns the transfer of permit to estate of deceased fishing permit holder. Section 88B concerns electronic transmission accounts, records, returns, transactions, information, notices, objections, requests, applications.
