Abstract
The principal Act is hereby amended by inserting, after section 28BA (as inserted by section 49 of the Maori Fisheries Act 1989), the sections relative to fishing in the Quota management area PAU 5A as defined in section 2. The provisions concern total allowable commercial catch and allocation and transfer of individual catch quotas.
