Abstract
This Act amends the 1996 Act with respect to a variety of issues including: meaning of term associated person, provisional catch history (sects. 5-7), administration of sections 56 and 57, aggregation limits (sects. 9-11), forfeit property, minimum holdings of annual catch entitlement, issue of licences, fishing permit, notification and certification by Secretary of Foreign Affairs and Trade, taking and transportation of fish on high seas using New Zealand ships and penalties.
