Abstract
These Regulations shall apply to persons taking or possessing any fish, other than commercial fishers possessing fish under a permit, within the Central fishery management area.
These Regulations make provision for the following: maximum daily quotas; minimum net mesh sizes; areas in which it shall be prohibited to set nets; minimum sizes for snappers; areas in which it shall be prohibited to fish; closed seasons for rock lobsters; and for offences and penalties.
