Abstract
These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Central Area Commercial Fishing) Regulations 1986.
Amendments include: the insertion of a new regulation 6C and the substitution of regulation 7D with a new regulation introducing new measures that prohibit the use of trawl nets and set nets in certain defined areas; and minor changes to regulation 16(2).
