Abstract
These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Commercial Fishing) Regulations 2001.
The amendments include: minor changes to regulation 45(2)(a); substitution of regulations 46 to 48 with new regulations and minor changes to regulation 49 on the management of sea especially concerning marine turtles; and changes to regulation 78 concerning commercial fishing of surf clams.
