Abstract
These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Commercial Fishing) Regulations 2001 by inserting a definition of automatic location communicator. The definition inserted in the Fisheries (Commercial Fishing) Regulations 2001 cross-references the definition in the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993.
