Abstract
These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Commercial Fishing) Regulations 2001.
A new definition of prawn killer has been inserted into regulation 3 and consequentially regulation 71(5)(a) and (b) are amended to insert references to prawn killers. Clause 16(2) of Schedule 2, which specifies fees for the registration of automatic location communicators, has been revoked.
