Abstract
To approve two bylaws for the Moeraki Mataitai Reserve: (i) a bylaw on a daily limit for Paua fishing in the Moeraki Mataitai Reserve; (ii) a bylaw on prohibition on taking paua from the Turaka Waka and Tikoraki/Tawhiroko areas within the Moeraki Reserve.
