Abstract
These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Infringement Offences) Regulations 2001 by prescribing a new infringement offence for the purpose of regulation 3C of the Fisheries (Challenger Area Amateur Fishing) Regulations 1986, which relates to the taking or possessing of sand flounder less than 25 cm in length in the Challenger Fishery Management Area.
