Abstract
These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993. The amendment allows the Ministry of Fisheries to require foreign licenced fishing vessels used to fish for tuna to operate and carry a particular automatic location communicator specified by the chief executive.
