Abstract
This Order amends Schedules of the Fisheries Act 1996.
Amendments have been made to the following Schedules: Schedule 2 listing stocks whose abundance is highly variable; Schedule 5 listing species where quota aggregation of up to and including 45% is permitted; Schedule 6 on stocks which may be returned to the sea or other waters; Schedule 8 on minimum annual holdings of annual catch entitlement for specified stocks.
