Abstract
This Notice regulates marine fisheries insofar as it provides rules which relate to species quotas by area, conversion factors for weight, fishing for barracouta and bluefin tuna, closed areas, net mesh, processing on shore and reporting for sea fishing vessels. Section 4 allocates quotas to specified companies. (12 sections)
