Abstract
Sections 3 to 7 prescribe requirements for registered fishing vessels; sections 8 to 12 set the requirements for marking of gear; sections 13 to 14 require shellfish and rock lobster to be placed in labelled containers; sections 15-18 concern mesh size and netting; sections 19 to 32 place restrictions on the use of various kinds of nets; sections 33 to 35 restrict the use of other gear and sections 36 and 37 restrict the taking of rock lobsters.
