Abstract
These Regulations, consisting of seven Parts and three Schedules, regulate control on all matters related to food management, marketing and use. In addition, they establish additional contents of food control plans setting out validation information; evaluation of custom food control plans; responsible entity to carry out evaluations of custom food control plans; evaluation process of custom food control plans; reports for custom food control plans; endorsement of evaluation reports of custom food control plans; Safety and suitability; good operating practices relating to cleaning, maintenance, waste management, and pest control. The Regulations are divided as follows: Food control plans (Part 1); National programmes (Part 2); Verification (Part 3); Recognised agencies, persons, and classes of persons (Part 4); Imported food (Part 5); Food standards in relation to agricultural compounds (Part 6); and Infringement offences (Part 7). Schedules deal with: Transitional, savings, and related provisions (Schedule 1); Infringement offences and fees (Schedule 2); Infringement notices and reminder notices (Schedule 3).
