Abstract
These Regulations amend the Food (Safety)Regulations, 2002.
The Regulations extend the expiry date of regulations 24 and 26 from 30 October 2007 to 30 October 2012. Regulation 24 provides that water added to food may contain fluoride and regulation 26 provides that oil extracted from hemp seed may be sold as food under specified conditions. These Regulations also revoke regulation 21 and Schedule 1.
