Forests Amendment Act (No. 2) 1996.

Section 67A (1) of the principal Act (as inserted by section 3 of the Forests Amendment Act 1993) is amended by: (i) repealing and substituting paragraph (b); (ii) repealing and substituting Section 67D (1)(b)(vii) of paragraph (B). The Second Schedule, Clause 10(2)(e) of the principal Act is amended by omitting the words "5 seedlings", and substituting the words "5 nursery-raised seedlings".
