Abstract
This Notice fixes the forms and classes of licence to hunt or kill game.
The Notice further fixes the scope and effect of those classes of licence, fixes the fees payable to fish and game councils for licences to hunt or kill game, and fixes the fees payable to fish and game councils for the game bird habitat stamp.

Entry into force notes
This Notice enters into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, except for clause 10 which enters into force on 5 May 2012.
Notes
This Notice repeals the Game Licences, Fees, and Forms Notice 2010.The Notice applies to game licences for the 2012–13 open season for game.
