Abstract
These Regulations provide for the identification of hazardous substances.
Priority and secondary identifiers for various categories of substances are provided for in the text. These substances shall include: corrosive substances; ecotoxic substances; explosive substances; flammable substances; oxidising substances; and toxic substances. In order to sell or supply to others hazardous substances of a particular hazard classification one must comply with the specific documentation requirements outlined in the Regulations. Signage and advertising provisions are also set out in the text.
